Refund Policy

At Inside Nest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Return Window

Our refund policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@insidenest.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Inside Nest will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or instructions for return shipping once your return request is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
